The volume discounts shown are for prints of the same size in the same order; they don't of course have to be the same picture!
VAT
The prices above are shown exclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. For all UK orders the rate is 20%. For orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland the rate is 13½% for photographic prints, and 21% for non-photographic items such as gifts and card products. For all other countries within the EU VAT is calculated at 17½%. Orders being delivered outside of the EU (including tax free zones such as Jersey, Guernsey, Monaco, Switzerland etc.) are VAT exempt.
Photo Quality and Picture Cropping
Fantastic prints are possible from relatively low resolution images. You will be amazed by the quality. Click here for our guide to image resolution and quality.
NOTE! By default we crop images to match the shape of the selected print size. Thumbnail images in the shopping basket will show the effects of cropping for the selected print size and if you wish you can edit the crop.
Photo Editing and Photo Retouching
If you require us to edit or improve your photo as part of a print order, then you can now request retouch services on our checkout page. Retouch is available in 5 minute, 10 minute or 30 minute units with prices starting at just £3.50 for simple retouching on up to 3 photos.
Payment Methods
The total order cost will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the order is made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Please note that we are under no obligation to accept any order placed by you and we will not be treated as having accepted any such order until you have received confirmation from us that we have done so. This confirmation will be by e-mail.
Delivery
We use first class post by default for UK orders and Air Mail for overseas orders up to 2kg in weight. FedEx International Priority shipping is available for orders over 2kg. The shopping basket will show the shipping charge for your order.
Any order for UK delivery valued at more than GBP30.00 is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and so will require a signature upon receipt. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the items.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent you may wish to use our COURIER or SPECIAL DELIVERY options which guarantee next working day delivery. Please note that for large orders or those containing gifts, it will still take us more than a day to prepare the order for dispatch. You should specify a delivery address where someone can sign for the delivery.
Turnaround Times
Small format print orders are usually dispatched same day if received by 4pm Monday to Friday. Most UK customers receive their order next morning following dispatch. Larger orders and those with special instructions may require more time. If your order is urgent you should consider choosing SPECIAL delivery methods on the checkout page. You will receive an email notification as soon as the order is dispatched. Poster-sized prints and gift items require up to 3 working days before dispatch. Some other items such as bags and canvas prints require longer. Turnaround times are shown in the shopping basket and in order confirmation emails.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for delays by the Royal Mail. However, if after one week after dispatch the order has not been received we will re-print and redispatch at no cost to the customer. Longer grace periods apply for international destinations.
Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order then you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order then please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of print or gift items before a refund will be issued.
Special Offer Prices
We occasionally advertise promotional prices for our services. Special prices are only applied to orders placed online. We regret that orders placed by telephone, email and post do not qualify for our special offer prices.
